Let me tell you a little about myself…
As well as embarking on my own wellness journey back in 2011, I have been in the medical field for over 12 years. I received my Associates degree in Nursing for North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC), and then continued on to the University of Iowa for my Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice degrees. In 2021, I published an article in the Journal of PeriAnesthesia Nursing, and hold a yoga instructor certification. I place a strong focus in continuing education and attend many conferences each year, learning about new modalities, treatments, the latest research and ways to improve my practice.
I believe that a ‘one size fits all’ approach rarely works, which is why each client receives an individualized treatment plan.
