I’ve built a program that addresses the desire for:
-Individualized Attention and Customized Treatment Plan: Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive a 1:1 consultation to discuss your labs, symptoms, initial In-Body scan, and health history. These will inform the treatment plan you’ll follow and what kind of weight loss you can expect. If you choose weight loss medications, these will be prescribed at the correct dosage for your goals.
-Community Support: Every other week, we’ll meet as a group, in-person, to share our challenges and triumphs, ask questions, and support one another. You’ll receive coaching during these meetings to help keep you on track. Weigh-ins are optional to track your progress. And don’t worry, you don’t have to share your numbers, symptoms, medications, or anything you don’t feel comfortable sharing with the group. We’re here to support one another!
-Real and Lasting Results: Clients who work with me typically see 5-10% weight loss during the first three months of their plan. Of course, there are no guarantees and everyone’s journey and willingness to commit are unique. However, most clients really thrive in this program and their weight loss journey when they approach it with long term goals in mind rather than quick fix fads.

*You’ll start with an initial 1:1 consultation, get enrolled in the program, and begin your plan.
*Every other week, the group will meet in person for coaching sessions and optional weigh-ins.
*Each week, a new course session will drop online.
*Add on services will be available throughout the 12 weeks: nutrient injections, sauna sessions, lab draws, InBody scans, medical prescriptions, supplements, and more!

Dr. Krista Dewar believes that a ‘one size fits all’ approach rarely works, which is why each client receives an individualized treatment plan. She offers a wide range of options to suit everyone’s specific needs, with treatment recommendations ranging from medication to mindfulness. Krista received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at the University of Iowa and has helped hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss goals since opening her clinic, Lifestyle Health and Wellness, in 2021.

Each patient has their own "Initial Assessment" with 2 appointments where where we dive into your past medical history, current symptoms, struggles, etc.
Every client will receive an in depth lab review and treatment plan specific to them.

You'll have access to our ARNP and Nurse Coach, plus weekly check-ins and community support. Education will be on nutrition coaching, fitness coaching, wellness tips, sleep hygiene, health goals and more.

We do not accept insurance. We do accept health savings accounts (HSA), FSA, cash, card and check.

Yes! Since you are still being seen by our provider on a 1:1 basis, you still have the option for weight loss medication. We have different medications available, all will be tailored to you and your needs. We will discuss this at your initial appointments. Semaglutide, and tirzepatide will be discounted.

You are a member if you are seen as a patient or our Nurse Practitioner.
Membership entitles you to discounted labs, services, injections, supplements, and basically anything in house! You can reach out with medical questions as needed and our team will help you out.
You receive monthly body composition scans and appointments as a member as well.

We would love to continue seeing you as a client and it is a smooth transition from group coaching to individualized coaching with monthly appointments (our standard Membership option).

No! This is a discussion that we have together. Many clients join our program without medication.
