Our family nurse practitioner provides clients with 5-star nutritional services. Able to cater to specific dietary requirements and preferences, from paleo to gluten-free, the program involves:

  • Advice for & support for an optional 7-day sugar detox

    Follow the information in your welcome email to schedule your first appointment.

  • 3. APPOINTMENT

    Talk about your health history, complete pre-appointment forms & have blood drawn.

  • 4. FOLLOW-UP

    Discuss your lab results, program plan & any membership add-ons you would like.

  • 5. BEGIN

    Your first month starts the day of your follow-up appointment. Let’s get the ball rolling!
